Kids did something to the tray that holds the cd’s and now it wont close. Is it able to be fixed or should I send it off to Microsoft to be repaired?
Could be something stuck in there, or the rubber band on the inside that helps with the disc tray has either slipped or snapped, you would have to dissesemble it to find out, usually an easy fix for anyone that has the patience. :-)
