Solved Cassette Player Door Won T Open Portable Media Player

As cassette player door won’t open and cassette won’t play, I can’t remove cassette.

Hi @lanock , Here’s an image showing the dis-assembly procedure of the mechanism taken from p.5 of the service manual. Hopefully this will allow you to access the tape and also to find out why the eject button is not working. To get to p.5 scroll to the bottom of the page and enter 5 in the box next to “of 17” and click Go
