I can receive emails ok but I can’t send them to any one , when I press the send icon it just keeps saying , SIGN KEY ID: I don’t know what this means and I don’t know how to solve it so your help would be much appreciated. Thankyou, Ken wallace.

Hi, Here is a link that may be of some help. It explains what is meant by SIGN KEY ID. It appears as though you may have set up a security setting that requires you to verify (by signing with a key or password) an outgoing email every time you send one. Hopefully by unchecking the setting “sign all outgoing email” (seen in the image in the link) you will get your straightforward sending back. http://www.gridshore.nl/2013/09/30/setti
