People cant hear my voice during call , but if i switch to speaker mode it work perfectly , try with voice memo no sound … PLS HELP!
its quite a common problem with the 4S unfortunately. its bound to be one of two things. it could be the headphone cable that needs replacing, as there is an ambient sound cancelling mic by the headphone socket that is designed to reduce background noise while on a phone conversation, but when it becomes faulty, it begins to cancel out the main mic instead of the ambient noise, thus cancelling your voice. (just a note, while recording a movie in the camera app, it uses the ambient mic, not the main mic when recording, so it usually works fine all the time, its just phone calls when you lose it usually) If the cable is not at fault, then its the controller chip on the main logic board that is failing. I’ve heard it said that if its re-flowed it works fine again, but i haven’t been able to try this yet to confirm its success rate.
