I have a ZTE Majesty Pro LTE the Google Play Store on it is acting up. I cant download anything it keep saying Can’t Download App and I just got this the other day… Please help and I was thinking could a factory reset help..
Hi, Can you access and download content from the internet OK? If so check that the Play Store app is up to date. Go to Play Store > Settings >scroll down to Build Number > tap to enter. If there is an update available follow the prompts. Once update has been completed try again
do a factory reset and it should not have a problem
