I’ve been using my phone for 4 years and the sim card works well but if i change the sim card it doesn’t read at all, but the new sim card works well with other phone, can someone help me?
Hi @miaka , The only thing that I can think of to try next is to replace the SIM card reader - example only in the phone. As it is an SMD (surface mounted device ) type of component, you’ll need SMD tools and expertise to carry out the repair. Here’s a link to the ifixit Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 Repair guide which may be of some help in gaining access to the card reader. If doing this yourself is too daunting, contact a reputable, professional mobile phone repair service and explain the problem and see if they come to the same conclusion about replacing the SIM card reader.
