Chosen Solution
I am replacing the power supply on my playstation 4 slim and when I get to the screw that is under the warranty sticker I cannot remove it. There seems to be a small metal rod stopping my t8 from entering.
That screw is a Security Torx not a regular Torx. You will need to find a T8 security bit or driver to remove it. iFixit sells the drivers or you might already have it if you have a driver bit kit. TR8 Torx Security Screwdriver
