my macbook pro had the hard disc reformatted and it is working beautifully well for the past 3 days.i downloaded mac ripper after that this morning i am not able hear any thing when i play i tunes,i have removed the programme from my desk top,i need your advice to hear back the i tunes and the safe removal of mac ripper programme without causing any erasure of the library built up so far
Try booting in “Safe” mode (holding down the Shift key on start up and see if the sound works. Who knows what settings or other things ripper installed. Try Activity monitor in your Utilities folder to see what’s running in the background.
