Hi All, I recently purchased a 60inch LG UH8500 series 4K UHD TV. I have hooked up my Nvidia Shield TV to my new LG TV via HDMI. However, once I have turned on my Shield TV, all I can see is grey static on my TV screen? (see attached pic)
I have checked online & can confirm that my TV supports HDMI 2.0 with HDCP 2.2 and therefore able to support 4K content from 3rd party devices such as the Shield TV. Has anyone else seen this issue on their 4K TV and know of a solution? Thanks in advance for your help! cheers
Hello All, My issue was fixed with latest Shield TV Firmware update 3.2. The new update should now be available for download & install on your Nvidia Shield TV. Once you update the firmware, your LG TV should be able to detect the Shield TV on 4k 60hz resolution. https://shield.nvidia.com/support/nvidia… cheers

Ho lo stesso problema con la mia TV UE65KS8000, la shield viene rilevata ma non si vede nulla, sono andato al centro commerciale con la nvidia shield tv pro e l’ho provata su tutta la serie KS (7000, 8000, 9000) e non funziona con nessuna di queste. Provato con LG Oled 4k e funziona perfettamente in 4k 60hz. Sono disperato.
Are parts interchangeable on this model? My screen broke but everything else works fine. Replacement screens are too much. Can I use these parts to repair another tv?
