I have been lead to believe that my Playstation 4’s hard drive is “kaput”. Any repair option would be greatly appreciated. can’t access safe mode (can’t access system storage ce34335-8) keeps coming up. removed hdd and reinstalled it. no change.
There’s not really any repair you can do to fix a bad hard drive on these…you pretty much need to just replace the hard drive when you get this type of error. The downside to this is that all of your data and game saves are lost but on the plus side this is a great time to upgrade your hard drive. I hope this helps.
