I need to replace my screen but I don’t have a heat gun. Will a hair dryer work?
Cameron Fairlie yes you can but it will take you longer. You will really have to make sure that the borders of the screen are nicely heated up so take your time with the hairdryer to move along those edges. You may have to do smaller areas and consistently move the hair dryer back and forth along that area.
