Can you tell which of these two cheap 2.1 amp boards will produce better sound by just looking at their components? (see pictures below)

It would be nice if you included a link to these boards so that we could evaluate them better. The one on the left has a better layout, showing some attention to detail that hopefully gets transposed to the design aspects.
