Solved Can You Identify These Chips Parts List For Game Gear Missing Info Sega Game Gear

Does anyone know what chips reside at Q3 and Q7 on the main Game Gear PCB? Leaky capacitors corroded Q3 and Q7 has already popped off because of it.

I need to replace these parts but the schematic parts list appears to be strategically cut off where I believe these chips would be.
