Start with checking the fuses to see if one has blown. Using Multimeter in Continuity mode, see if it beeps (Has Continuity). If it does, its good, if it does not, replace… It could be other issues but this is first place I would start. Post back with results for further troubleshooting steps.

Try checking for short to ground on the 3 test points in diagram. I added a link to video I used for previous repair I completed and my issue was backlight IC
