my hinges are lose. and i’m not sure if i can fix it myself or where i should send it to get fixed
@snookiex628,beth, You are not the only one with this loose hinge issue, if still under warranty consider using the warranty for repair/replacement/refund. If not under warranty check the links below for a pretty much low/no cost fix and other info. Other wise you may end up having to replace the upper and lower case. Good luck.
