There is no way to add the memory or Increasing the RAM in your iPhone . you have to sell this and buy the new one with high capacity.
If you have it, you can pay yearly for GB on iCloud. I pay 25 each year for 25 GB for iCloud photos, videos, music, etc. It doesn’t upgrade your iphone though.
