I access a TV program and I get a black screen with a white circle that goes round and round. I have watch online before and now I cannot access anything.What can I do to correct this problem?

Sadly not much -most likely your software is too old for the new updated websites. You’ll have to get a newer laptop. Remember to return and mark accepted the answer that best solves your problem.
