I bought my computer a month ago and now the screen is not working I try to turn it on and won’t turn on I tried charging it up and I won’t charge you either it’s less than a month old what do I do
If its less than 30 days old there is most likely a warranty on it take it back where you got it from
Possible it’s in shutdown mode in settings. If not try to reboot in safe mode could be an app causing the problem.
