Can’t turn on, when plugged to charge it turn on immediately by self but can’t control, can’t connect . When unplugged it immediately turn off by itself also Do you know what is issue?
I have the same problem. What’s the solution?
its in demo mode?, if i remember press and hold the Power button and play button simultaneously until it turns off, then you can turn it on and do a reset by pressing play and volume up button until it turns off, then you’re good to go.
That didn’t work for me
