Chosen Solution

Everything else seems to work fine. Tried booting doesn’t help The blue line never makes it to the end. No history of trauma

This is a belated answer so hopefully it can be of use to folks who search for and find this question. If all of the phone hardware works fine and the only issue is some software problem, then I would first try to do a hard reset (Home Button & Power Button for 10s). If that doesn’t solve it, then consider doing a proper backup via iTunes or iCloud and then erase your device and do a Restore.
