hi, I’ve done the command s and I end up at the same log in screen. I did the C and again straight to the log in screen. I am unable to enter the system so I can change the admin login and password. Please help!!!
You boys sure seem to like doing it the hard way. If you get tired of this, insert your system installation disk > restart holding down the “C” key > go to the second screen pull down menu > Utilities > Change password.
hold the alt button the start up your mac. then press the command+s both together the move the curser on the drive then click on that . make sure that do not remove fingers from both button . after 2-3 seconds you will get the that screen then you can types the commands to reset the password.
