I have forgotten my password and as a result I am unable to reach my settings. I have not performed a back up and I have holiday photos on my phone I would like to keep. I have tried to perform a factory reset but I have been unsuccessful. What should I do?
@preheat If you preform a factory reset you will loose your photos the only way in is to keep trying to get your password right . If you get locked out after to may failed attempts then go here then instead of factory reset in step 4 select wipe cache partition. do that and you will get a new round of password attempts . If you made the password you will eventually get it . Hope this helps
