So my xperia E is not working too well, everytime I try to watch a video the phone shuts down, the same with calls and music, the only time I can do these things is for about 3 minutes after turning my phone on sometimes even shorter,
Hi, Have you tried doing it with the charger connected (and switched on)? If it works and doesn’t shut down then your battery is probably failing and needs to be replaced. Even rechargeable batteries have a life span.
