ahmedserafy if you can find a replacement HDMI port that will fit your main board, you could solder it. However, finding a replacement will be difficult and a lot of time it will be cheaper (if you do not know how to solder or do not have to right tools) to replace the complete main board. If you tell us what model your TV is we can most likely find a board and give you an idea about the price.
