My iPhone 7 plus was working fine when making or receiving calls now I can’t hear or talk to someone only if I’m using earbuds please help
More than likely this is an issue with the Audio IC (audio chip) on your board. It’s a fairly well known fault in both iPhone 7 and 7+. There are various levels of symptoms, but this is often one of them, specifically if your earbuds are Bluetooth rather than connected via the lightning port and you already mentioned the greyed out options in phone calls which are extremely typical with this issue. The good news is, it can be fixed. The not as good news is, that it’s likely not something you can do yourself, unless you are adept at soldering really small components on dense boards. But this is a repair most iPhone microsolderers are well versed in due to is prevalence.
