Chosen Solution
I use my Ellipsis 7 on a daily basis. However after powering it off last evening; I cannot get it to come on, even after plugging in power cord and letting it sit for more than a hour. What could cause this problem? By the way I am the only person that uses this device.
Hi, Does the tablet charge when you connect the charger and switch the power ON? If so let it charge until it is fully charged, disconnect the charger, then perform a hard reset which will restore your tablet to its original factory settings.
