If your really talented at microsoldering anything is possible on a board but the best solution is to replace the logic board
If you have to ask, no you can’t fix it. Can someone that knows what they’re doing replace that? yeah, its really not terribly difficult as long as you can manage to not run through it like a tornado with tools while its hot and don’t melt the connector you put on it.
