Im looking to replace my rear camera on the iPhone x but I cant open it with the tools I currently have. I recently bought a repair tools kit to fix an iPhone SE and 6 plus. But when I use these tools on the iPhone x, I cant remove the two pentalobe screws. I was wondering if it was the tools or the screws are stuck. If they are please give me some tips to remove them.
You need to get a Tri-point Y000 Screwdriver Bit , I do not believe the IP6 uses this, since this came out on the IP7. If you use the Pentalobe driver, check the screw and make sure they are not damaged. Possible, someone tried to use the incorrect driver thus causing it to become damaged.
