i have an icloud locked iphone 4 and the CDMA logic boards are way cheaper, will they fit in the same chassis?

No it will not fit. CDMA iPhone 4 is more like iPhone 4s without a SIM card slot, a lot of the component placement is different.

Yes the logic board will fit, but you have to remove the SIM Card tray permanently, because CDMA logic boards don’t have a SIM Card slots
