Hi, I was trying to fix the yellow tinge issue on my lcd, cracked it, and now have bought a very cheap display on ebay and it’s arrived like this:
and imgur link here: http://imgur.com/a/qqJxW Is this fixable? OR should I call it quits and get one of the “A Grade” displays on ebay and take the loss? There are a few other issues with the diplay, but if i can fix that I would keep it. The fix I followed for the LCD was here: http://yellowtinge.jimdo.com/ So, if I am to open up the display anyway to attempt this again, maybe I can do something about this bleed in the pics above?
Use your eBay Buyers protection program, send it back. It’s a Grade F for failing.
