Hi, I broke my camera for my note 5 and I bought a new one in order to fix it. I also bought a tool set but I realized it came with UV loca glue stuff in order to glue on the screen. But I’m only replacing the camera and I thought it was adhesive. So I was wondering if I could use that loca stuff as adhesive for the back??? Idk much about this stuff lol sorry.
Hi, Unfortunately loca needs UV light for it to cure, and since the back isn’t see through, none of the light would get through. Not only that, it would also get in to places that could damage the phone itself. Get double sided adeshive and use that, you can usually get pre cut stuff for it as well. :-)
If you can get a UV lightsource to cure loca glue, then it might work out. However, you would need see through material to make sure that the light comes through. To learn more about how loca glue works, check out the article below. http://vkrepair.com/loca-glue/
