I recently found a iPad mini 1 in a recycling center. The battery is a bit bloated and the glass is cracked. Can I use the glass and battery from a mini 2 to fix the mini 1? I dont need the LCD just the glass. Thanks!

Hi Ethan, yes you can, the IC chip is the same one from the iPad Mini 1. Therefore, you can use the glass. However, the battery is not compatible.
