Hello, I want to ask you all if i can use a US/UK Backlight foil on a german keyboard.I ask you because the shift and Enter-key differs from the german layout.

It will fit but you may see that the backlight is not uniform with the enter key. A small minor thing but unless you absolutely need to change the backlight I would keep with the original backlight film. We re-use the backlight film a lot for keyboard replacements from liquid damaged MacBook Pro Retinas as long as they are removed carefully without ripped backlight layer they light up fine. Edit: I do see two minor rips but it still should be OK to re-use.
