Hi How to change system config ? for example cpu i3 to cpu i7 and Ram 4G to Ram 8G!!! You know Whats kind of cpu i7 compatibility with my device. My system is VAIO VPCEB26FG.
@omidn73 as @lpfaff1 pointed out it is possible to upgrade the CPU .Things to keep in mind:Socket,TDP, BIOS and RAM Support, plus sometimes the Chipset. Also make a note of the heat given out and heat sink used.You dont want to melt that puppy , also remember that the power demands for a i3 are a lot less than the i7. So your power supply will need to be upgraded as well Your best bet for finding a compatable cpu will be from Sony support . Hope this helps
