I have a iphone se 1st gen with broken home button. If i install a new home button from another iphone se 1st gen will the touch ID will still work ?

No. In iPhones with Touch ID, the Home Button is paired to each iPhone. So if you swapped a home button with working Touch ID from an iPhone SE into another iPhone SE, the home button would work as a home button, but Touch ID wouldn’t work.
