I would like to know if I am able to transfer the internals of an iPhone 6S Plus, and set it up inside of an iPhone 6 Plus housing. I would be putting the correct screen on as well. Will the housing be compatible?

Unfortunately, no. The screw holes on the logic boards don’t line up between the 6P and the 6SP.
