I have a ps4 slim with a bad motherboard and a ps4 slim with a bad blurray drive..can I swap motherboard or blurray from one to the other if they are the same model ?
The drive itself is synced to the motherboard. Personally I would try to replace the drive from the bad motherboard and put it into the good motherboard ps4 slim because if it in fact works it will be the easiest option. If this doesn’t work then you will have to swap the internals of the ps4 slim drive make sure you mark them so you don’t get confused. below is a greta teardown. https://www.sosav.com/guides/game-consol…
