Hello - I have a MacBookPro16,1 - A2141 - 3347 2.3GHz i9 with 8GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage. Can I replace it with a MacBookPro16,1 - A2141 - 3347 2.4GHz i9 processor, 64GB of RAM and 4TB of storage? Thank you for your time.
I would imagine since they’re the same size and the same model, with the only difference being that the storage and ram are larger, then they should fit. However, the challenge with replacing the logic board on this model isn’t making sure the logic board fits. It’s replacing the Touch ID since it’s married to the logic board’s firmware.
