I want to film from the back of my computer, and use the front for my studio. Is there a way to flip the camera (not rotate it or have the same picture from another angle) , but instead where I can film from the back like I can with an iphone?
Your iPhone has two or more independent cameras so you can shot a scene you are able to see looking out and a different camera to aim at you so you can do a video calls. Your MacBook Pro only offers the one camera which is fixed to look at you! The best thing you can do is get a second independent USB camera which you can then aim at any direction you would want. There are some apps which let you use your iPhone camera as a second camera! Zoom 5.0 and iPhone as a WebCam which is how many news shows are setup so they have their Mac with the stations feed and the iPhone for their feed to the station when working from home!
