I have a bad bdp-015 circuit card on my ps4. Can I replace it with another bdp-015 or is it a paperweight?
You can’t replace it with another board. The large square chip on that board is what is matched to the motherboard. I normally just remove that chip and install it onto another 015 board and that usually works fine.
