Are they compatible ? If i take the Wi-Fi diversity antenna from my iphone 6s and put it into a 6s plus will it work?
No, sorry. The antenna is not interchangeable and therefore is not backwards or forewords compatible. The connector is a little bit different on the 6S Plus.
