Hello ifixit I was wondering if it was possible to put all the iPhone 3GS components motherboard, basically the whole phone into an iphone 4 housing! The reason for this is because I like the iphone 4 design but I’m pretty satisfied with the iPhone 3GS except the design! Anyway know how to do this or have done it before? I’d be very apreciatted Thanks.
filipe, you really can not do that. All the buttons are in totally different locations, the inside is absolutely different and it will not accommodate the 3GS parts at all.
