Hi I have a phone with a perfectly working screen however the outside screw is stripped. I have tried everything I can see online and want to know if I try to prise up the screen if it will break and be unusable. Many thanks
You might have to use a dremel with a dentist bit. Answering your question though, the screen may or may not crack depending if it is aftermarket or not. I have forgotten to remove the pentalobe screws a couple of times and I have been lucky that just the lugs have separated from the screen housing which I just glued back on. If you are feeling lucky give it a shot and just glue the lugs back on if you are lucky.
