I downloaded Adobe Illustrator to learn graphic designing, but the software soon crashed because there is not enough memory on my pc. An Adobe expert verified the issue and told me I have to increase the RAM to 16GB. Is it possible? Do I need to go to a repair computer or is there another way? How much does it cost?
Hi Chiara, Unfortunately these machine are not upgradable. The RAM is all soldered to the motherboard. You would need something more powerful for Adobe Illustrator. Sorry.
