Okay I have a Samsung Galaxy tablet that is hooked up to the cord that plugs into the controller’s to keep them charged so it’s plugged into the USB to my Playstation 4 I’m wondering if I can use the front camera on my tablet to substitute for a camera the PlayStation camera

Unfortunately, no. There is no way to make that work. PS4’s are made to only work with the PS4 camera.
