I’m venturing into the crazy idea of replacing my Galaxy S3 frame with a newer one, something which wasn’t really necessary. Yesterday I unglued the digitizer, and I saw the way it is glued to the “core screen” and the frame. Since the digitizer is still perfectly OK, can I glue it again on the newer frame? Do I need to buy a special glue for this operation, or am I better off purchasing a completely new digitizer? That is, how can I reuse this old digitizer, if possible?
It’s doable with Loca Liquid glue which you put between the glass and the LCD. There are videos on how to do this on YouTube. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7hzCCsex…
