I believe the SIM Card reader slot/port has had one of the small metal connections inside it broken away. Is there any way to repair the port that is already installed? If not, is it something that I can remove and order a new one?

the sim reader is a modual component on the Note 2. it is inexpensive, and a relatively easy repair.
