I have an 5S with a faulty signal module and I am looking to swap in the antena from a iphone5 handset (the 5 has it’s own problems but the connectivity if fine). Apple own’t fix the phone so I have nothing to loose. It is just over 2 years old and in perfect condition otehrwise.
What are you swapping? The antenna is technically part of the case are you talking about the upper or lower cable that connects to the logic board to the antennas? Review this IFIXIT guide: iPhone 5s Rear Case Replacement jump down to Steps 27 & 33 which are the two antenna cables. Take note the cables are not the same as the iPhone 5.
