Hi there, thank you for your response. I’m also wondering if I can swap the entire display assembly? I would like my mid-2010 anti-glare on my 2011. If I’m not mistaken, the iSight on the 2011 model is better than the 2010. Do you think I can put the newer iSight inside my 2010 anti-glare assembly? Thanks a lot
These displays are not listed as interchangeable. But I’m not positive. I don’t get that many of the 17" machines to be sure. But I have had a lot of issues in this series with different cables. The displays work fine, just the connectors can be slightly different.
