i have iphone 7 plus that has 4016 error which means base band error so should i install new mother board ?
If you have an Error 4013 on an iPhone 7, then you need to determine if it is a Qualcomm or and Intel baseband chipset. The Qualcomm chipset has a high failure rate caused by an internal short within the IC itself. If that is indeed the problem, it is essentially unfixable (Check out the answer here by @jessabethany for more details). You can replace the logic board but they usually cost as much as a replacement device so consider your options carefully.

To answer the title of the question, yes! It is very possible to do so and I will provide an iFixit guide for you below on how to replace it. Does it need to be replaced, I do not know.
